  • We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition of the same item. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email requesting to return the item within at least 2 days of delivery. (we are NOT responsible for return shipping cost

  • You may exchange merchandise within 2 business days of delivery of purchase.

  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. 

  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on white items.

  • Email us to initiate a return. (Please do not return any merchandise to our address without consulting us through email first)

  • We ask for at least 24-72 hours processing time to prepare order for shipment. After processing time, all orders are shipped from USPS and may take 2-5 business days for shipping. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

  • Pickup = FREE
  • Pickup Address: 4000 Central Florida Blvd, Orlando, FL 32816
  • Delivery: $3 for 10 miles or less (Increases by $2/mile after)
  • ALL Pickup/Delivery orders must be paid in full before arrangements can be confirmed.
